2 Column CSV Format (Simple FAQ Bot)
The 2 column CSV format is the simplest format for using the FAQ bot generator in BotFlo. You can download a sample 2 column CSV file from the bottom of this article.
It consists of just a simple Query and Response format, specified in 2 columns as seen below.
In this format, you have exactly one training phrase per intent, and exactly one response per intent. If that isn't what you want, you need to use the more complex CSV formats.
